Pre-Slab

Measurements Check
Verification of the frame dimensions against the approved plans. Checks room sizes, window and door openings, and overall footprint to ensure your home is being built to specification.
Pre-Lining / Frame
Comprehensive frame inspection before plasterboard is installed. Checks structural integrity, bracing, insulation, flashing and cavity.
Waterproofing
